- We gladly accept refund or exchange requests within 7 days, provided the goods are unworn, unwashed, and have the original tag.
- Kindly include the invoice copy when returning the goods, and clearly specify the return reason as well.
- You may return the goods via traceable delivery to our address at your own expense.
- Keep noted that the delivery charges are non-refundable.
- We will process the refund requests within 5 working days of receiving the returned products.
